Do you think SAFETY at NASCAR slows techo advancements ?

Dumbing down the cars is not the answer, smartening up the tracks is; ever hear of the Autobahn?, but then again, Germany won't let an American piece of junk access to it. Backto my point. Auto racing is suppose to come up with advances in technologies ie; neck holders, drivers compartment roof flaps, placing the battery just in front of the left rear tire, Locktighting the lug nuts to replacement tires etc. etc. All of which are good... However other than thick SLURRYING the tracks/roads every couple years, there has been no technological advancement for roundie following/racing or driving on our own roads. Let's just keep banking left with 2or3 right %26amp; left turn races. Give me my 20 (if your lucky) miles to the gallon, road hazard tire repair ins., and pro rated tread wear. let's see who has the redist neck.

PS: Chevrolet was a Frenchman.

PSS: George Carlin had it right in the 80's when he said: NASCAR where can u see a 20 car pileup and not be in it

Do you think SAFETY at NASCAR slows techo advancements ?
Aside from your question not really having a point and much of the grammar/spelling making it almost impossible to decipher what you are trying to say, NASCAR has never been about technological advancements. If you want that watch F1. NASCAR is about close racing between 43 drivers on an oval track. If they made it have the same technological developments as F1 it is very likely they would be able to have an entry of 43+ cars because the costs would be too high.

By the way the autobahns are among the most dangerous roads on the planet as 2/3s of the accidents that happen on them are fatal because of the speed people are going on them.
Reply:Dude,

Put the crack pipe down and step back away from the table !!!!!!!!!

By the way I was station in Germany and we drove our American made cars on the autobahn
Reply:Other than ranting with no point, did you have a question? I must have missed it.

Go Jr.%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;
Reply:And your question is?????? You seem to have all of the answers my friend, why post?

Obviously you have never been to Germany!! Niehn!!
Reply:Safety in NASCAR is one of the best technological advancements. Those can be used in passenger cars, along with the improvements made by the tire manufacturers, which is one of the most critical safety features. So my answer would be no.
Reply:Safety should be first. If all the drivers get killed who will we watch?
