What are your most memerable concerts?
My Chemical Romance - March '07. They rocked the house! And they are damned good live. I couldn't stay still all throughout the concert!
Reply:lostprophets at wembley arena, love velvet revolver their next on the list.
Reply:Mine had to be Gary Moore followed by BB King at the Manchester Evening News Arena last year. Gary was awesome but for a guy of 80 BB was just the consummate artist. It was his last show on what is supposed to be his last tour outside the states. One I will never forget.
Reply:mine has 2 b My Chemical Romance this year.
they r amazin
Reply:Woah that is a tough one. I saw New Order in about 85/86 at The Hacienda in Manchester and that was amazing. Used to follow Gaye Bykers on Acid round late 80s too, they were always brilliant. Used to have a great laugh at their gigs. More recently though I reckon 30 Seconds to Mars and My Chemical Romance.
Mind you I am off to see Saosin next Wednesday and hoping that will be memorable.
Reply:I guess I'd have to say my concert at Red Rocks.
That place is awesome!
Reply:On Sunday 30th May 1993 I sneaked out of hospital, with stitches, a cathertia, 2 ready vaxs bottle and a drip to see Bad Manners at the Phoenix Plaza in Wokingham, Berkshire. You should have seen the face of the person who wanted to frisk me lol (I had just had an major operation)
Me First %26amp; the Gimme Gimmes last May 2006 at Nottingham Rock City, were great.... seeing them again end of June 2007 at Birmingham Carling Areana.
Saw James on the 24/04/2007
Green day are great live.
OPM are also great live, may see them in July in Newquay.
Hawkwind are poo live.
The Damned are good live, so are The Stranglers.
I enjoyed The Shamen at Rivermead, Reading in March 1993.
I have done so many gigs, commercial festivals, free festivals, motor bike rally and shows, I could fill this page up.
Reply:Parliament/Funkadelic with Bootsy Collins .
Reply:Blue Oyster Cult and Ted Neugent. Ted at that concert did a kick *** encore, and seeing as he's a big outdoors person, he took a big dummy of Sadaam and shot it right through the chest with a hunter bow. It was so awesome, and at the BOC concert the drummer was just amazing, this had to be about '05 at Naperville Ribfest, it was a great experience, but I hope that some day I will see ACDC live:)
Reply:Backstreet Boys at the MEN arena 1999
Darkness at MEN arena 2004
both were good and entertaining for very different reasons.
Reply:I live right near roundhay park in leeds and last year when robbie williams came i could see it all from my bedroom window and the singing was just incredible. Each night when he ended with "angels" i had tears in my eyes. I`ve seen all the others from my window but his really was something else.

All time best gig Ian Drury when the band was called Kilburn and the High Roads at 100 club.
Reply:not as heavy as yours even though good choice velvet revolver (dont get the recognition they deserve), best were tears for fears and simple minds in the 80,s both brilliant live, also the specials and the selector, latest but not music was lee evans if you get the chance go.
Reply:anytime I have seen aerosmith - always a good show, and being from Boston, the hometown crowd is the best. also, one of the radio stations in Boston does a concert called MixFest where a bunch of artists come in. My favorite had - Dido, Train, Tori Amos, Barenaked Ladies, and Duran Duran.
Reply:Hmm thats a toughy...I guess its a tie between Warped Tour 04 and Warped Tour 05, I was asked to help backstage for 04 and actually ate lunch and hung out with a ton of the bands. It was so much fun, I was actually on stage when Thrice was playing! 05 was great because I had backstage passes as well, got them since one of my friends band was playing it was a lot of fun as well! Strhess Fest was amazing getting to see Thursday's last performance before they went on a break and getting to see Converge live and hang out with the guys from Wires on Fire was one of the best times ever! Great question.
Reply:Hearing and seeing Exio Pinza when I was about your age and learning about really good music.
Reply:dunno, there`s lots...placebo, rolling stones, kiss, motley crue, strokes, page/plant, ac/dc...yeah, i luv to go to shows, so i try to hit at least 1 good concert a month, more if my schedule will allow!!!
Reply:1984 Eaton Hall .I went to the only Hendrix convention then held in the UK.members of led zep were there just jammin`along with a group called 9 to the universe.
However that`s not really the memorable bit.Just by chance I had booked a hotel room for a couple of nights next door to the suprise guest, who wasn`t a suprise after I had found out.
Al Hendrix had flown over with his wife June and all the Hendrix estate management.I spent most of the concert back stage chatting to led zep as a reward for not spilling the beans about Al`s visit.I have all the photos to prove it.I spent the next day at breakfast chatting to Al and his wife, swapping addresses and phone numbers. We travelled back down to London on the train together still chatting.Al is a quiet and very softly spoken gentleman filled with stories about Jimi`s early life, how he learnt guitar his hopes and dreams.meating Buddy Cox and Jimi`s stories of Woodstock. it`s all a bit of a haze now (purple one ) and with time a lot of the details have blurred into one another but I can still remember his hand shake and watching June take photos out of the train window.
Chip the estate manager told me about the problems with bootleg albums and keeping tabs on the recordings.
Reply:Mine is the Concert for George Harrison at the Albert Hall, with Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Jeff Lynne, Tom Petty, Monty Python and many more. Great music and lots of emotion.
